Good to know
Questions,
answered.
What are the three modes?
Use the product as a stair cart, detach the bag as a backpack, or use the foldable frame as a hand-truck style base.
What does 55L total storage mean?
55L refers to the combined storage space across the main bag and additional compartments. The main insulated bag is approximately 38.9L.
Does the insulated bag keep items cold for a set time?
The bag uses PET insulated lining. Cooling time depends on what you pack and the surrounding conditions, so no fixed duration is promised.
Is it suitable for every staircase?
Stair surfaces and landings vary. Review the product dimensions, use a controlled pace, and keep the cart balanced. This page does not make a universal-stair or numeric load-capacity claim.
